Mission, Vision, Central Tenant, Core Belief statement

Our Vision:

We are all on a path in our lives, some are following a path of faith in God and His Son Jesus, some are just beginning that journey. Still others who may have fallen away for one reason or another, while others may have not been given the way to that path or have not accepted the path to the kingdom. Though we are all on a path, we are all not at the same place in that path. Our vision is to aid in each of our journeys in life and in faith, in the hope that we will all find our way closer to the kingdom that exists at the end of this journey.

Our Mission:

We have been called to help others in their journeys in life, sharing in the joys of marriage, the birth of a child, or the baptism of those who are coming into faith in God and his Son. We are called to give comfort and hope to those who struggle with illness, their families, and loved ones. We are called to those who grieve the loss of a loved one, with compassion and understanding. We are called to be a part of the communities in which we live, helping to the best of our abilities.

Central Tenant:

Jesus as the Son of God and the Messiah (The Christ) anointed by God as Savior of all humanity, that through Jesus, the Messianic prophecies of the Old Testament are fulfilled.

Our Core Beliefs

God is the father, the creator who had made all that we have and all whom we meet

Jesus tells us in Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” We are not a ministry encumbered by walls; we go to where we are called to gather in Christ’s name.

We are all members of a community, bound by our humanity, and bound by Jesus’s words in Matthew 23:39 “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” We are called to love one another; we are called to not judge but to accept others in our communities. We are called to love just as we are loved by Christ.
